Toriaezu alone means for now: toriaezu ikou (let's just go for now).

okawari
seconds; a refill
Asks for another bowl of rice or a refill, or offers one (okawari wa?).
Okawari jiyuu means free refills. As a verb: okawari suru.

Asks restaurant or bar staff for the bill; at many places you then pay at the register (reji) by the exit.
Okanjou onegai shimasu is also common at izakaya.
