- nasarudo (respectful)
- taiou surudeal with; handle; respond to
Mix-ups itasu lowers your own action and nasaru raises the other person's; swapping them is a real blunder.

do (humble)
Humble suru for your own actions, almost always as itashimasu in shops and business.
Set lines: shitsurei itashimasu, yoroshiku onegai itashimasu. Never for what the listener does.
kochira de kakunin itashimasu.

Respectful suru for what the listener or a superior does.
The masu form is irregular: nasaimasu. Never about yourself; that's itasu.

Handling a customer, problem or situation; common at work and in shops.
taiou ga hayai: quick to respond. Also 'supports': eigo taiou (English available).
