imasara

Complains that something comes far too late to matter.
Imasara kikenai means it's too awkward to ask now, for things you should already know.
imasara ayamatte mo osoi yo.
It's too late to apologize now.

yayakoshii
polite yayakoshii desu
complicated; confusing
For things that are a tangle to follow or sort out, like rules, plans or who's dating whom.
Fukuzatsu also means complicated but is neutral; yayakoshii adds a note of annoyance.
