Sounds a little serious; koudou ni utsusu = put into action.
Koudou suru = act, take action; for an everyday 'do', just use suru or yaru.
kare no koudou, chotto okashii yo.

Mostly how someone is treated: X atsukai suru = treat someone as X.
The verb is atsukau (handle, treat); atsukai ga hidoi = they treat you badly.

Casually, nazo alone means 'no idea, it's a mystery' about anything odd.
Nazonazo = a riddle.
