Mix-ups Saizu (clothes and shop sizes) vs ookisa (how big); ika (or less) vs ijou (or more).
ookisa
size; how big
-sa turns an adjective into a 'how much' noun: ookii (big) becomes ookisa (size).
Saizu is for clothes and shop sizes; ookisa is how big anything is.

It's just the right size.

size (clothes, shoes, products)
The shop word for S, M, L and shoe sizes.
Usually with au (fit): saizu ga au / awanai.
kono kutsu, saizu ga awanai.
These shoes are the wrong size.

dezain
design; look (of a thing)
Often just means how something looks: 'dezain ga kawaii' = it looks cute.
Dezain suru = to design.
kono kutsu, dezain ga ii ne.
I like the look of these shoes.
この靴、デザインがいいね。
kono kutsu wa dezain ga ii desu ne.
These shoes have a nice design.

ika
or less; or under; below
Goes after a number and includes it: 'sen'en ika' = 1,000 yen or less.
Opposite is ijou (or more). Also 'the following' in announcements and writing.
sen'en ika no purezento ni shiyou.
