Links between people or things: futari no kankei (their relationship), ~ to kankei ga aru (be connected to ~).
Ningen kankei = relationships with people (at work, school). The negative kankei nai is very common.

Free to do as you like, not free of charge (that's tada or muryou).
Jiyuu ni = freely, as you like. Jiyuu jikan = free time.
