After a verb stem it means 'keep on': 'tabetsuzukeru' (keep eating).
Tsuzuku is the version with no object: 'Ame ga tsuzuku' (The rain keeps going).

Usually in the past: 'Kono geemu, mou akita' (I'm bored of this game now). The thing takes ni.
Not physically tired; that's tsukareru. Akippoi describes someone who gets bored quickly.
mainichi onaji gohan de, mou akita yo.
It's the same food every day, I'm sick of it.

Usually pride in details; the thing takes ni.
The noun kodawari is a personal standard. It can also mean being hung up on something: 'Sonna koto ni kodawaranaide'.
